After six years, the bridge linking South Rosedale to the east entrance to the Sherbourne station is almost ready to open. Lighting on the bridge and in the tunnel at the south end will make the bridge considerably safer to use at night.
TRCA Project below Summerhill to be completed soon

This $2M erosion control project is the second attempt at preventing the stream from undercutting the ravine slopes below Summerhill Gardens, after an earlier lower-cost solution in 2019-20 was swept away by summer storms the following July.
A plan for the Vale of Avoca

We are actively working in cooperation with the City of Toronto, the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority and community groups to develop a Master Plan for the Vale of Avoca providing a detailed design for the restoration of the Vale to its former status as a major recreational and ecological resource.
